Shipping policy

Once your order and payment are processed, we aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days.
If your order is larger than 10 cases, we may contact you in regards to expected fulfillment time.

We typically dispatch postal orders on Mondays (eg. ginger shots, ginger bombs, single bottles etc.)
We dispatch courier orders Thursday-Sunday every week (eg. multiple 5L bottles, cases, wholesale orders)

If you have any particular requirements eg. fulfilment for a specific date or event, please send an enquiry ahead of placing your order.
